The International Society for Hip Arthroscopy invites you to participate in the 2016 Annual Scientific Meeting held on September 15-17, 2016 at the Westin St. Francis in San Francisco, CA.
Over 400 medical professionals, orthopaedic surgeons, arthroscopists, residents, fellows and physical therapists are anticipated to attend this prestigious meeting. The ISHA Annual Scientific Meeting provides a unique international forum for attendees to share scientific information and learn the latest advancements of arthroscopic surgery of the hip.
The ISHA Annual Scientific Meeting (ASM) provides a unique international forum for attendees to share scientific information and learn the latest advancements of arthroscopic surgery for the hip and preservation surgery. The two-and-a-half-day meeting will include a variety of symposia, lectures and paper presentations. In addition, a Trainee Presentation Prize, lunchtime surgical skills sessions, electronic posters, technical exhibits, and a Welcome Reception will also be offered.

Application Instructions
To apply for exhibit space, please complete the exhibit contract contained in the Exhibit and Sponsorship Prospectus. Return the completed contract in full to the Course Office. All exhibit contracts must be received by August 1, 2016. Exhibits are assigned on a first come, first served basis.
Upon receipt of the completed contract, an invoice for payment will be issued. Payments must be received in full.

New for 2016! Individualized Clinical Tutorials (ICTs)
Thursday, October 15 7:00 am – 9:00 am & Thursday, October 15 10:30 am – 12:30 pm
ICT Sessions give the registrant an opportunity to practice hands-on cadaveric Hip Arthroscopy procedures with expert advice from faculty. Registrants will work one-on-one with Faculty on Hip Arthroscopy and Preservation procedures of their choice. As a sponsor of this session, you will provide a full Arthroscopic Work Station (video tower, clamping, suction, etc.) including hip arthroscopy instrumentation. Registrants will pay an additional fee to participate in ICT Sessions. Please note: Included in the sponsorship is Electrical, C-Arm Rental, Protective Wear, Floor Covering, Water, Cleaning Stations and Specimen.

Additional Information
Cancellations
A US $500.00 cancellation fee will be charged for each exhibit space cancellation received in writing prior to July 1, 2016. After this date, no refunds will be issued and the space will be resold.
Exhibitor Meetings & Social Events
Exhibitors must receive permission to hold any educational of social event (of any kind) taking place of the ASM Meeting dates. Please submit all requests to the Exhibit Manager by July 1, 2016.
Mobile Units or Trucks
Exhibitors that wish to utilize mobile units or trucks must request written approval from ISHA. Requests must be received by July 1, 2016. Mobile labs cannot be held during hours when education or ISHA Scheduled events are taking place (Including Lunchtime Sessions). They may only take place on Wednesday, September 14 or Sunday, September 18. No signage for mobile labs can be placed in the Course Hotel. Mobile labs cannot be located on the Westin Property or streets that border the hotel.
Hotel Reservations
ISHA has secured a block of hotel rooms at a special room rate. Room reservations can be made on line by going to the Travel page of the Meeting website.
