Ms. Hall is a 1983 graduate of St. Louis University and 1986 graduate of Washington University. She has taught more that 200 continuing education courses on movement impairment and is co-author of "Therapeutic Exercise: Moving Toward Function." (LWW, 4e in press). She has been President of Movement Systems Physical Therapy in Seattle since 1995. She has served on clinical faculty at Washington University, Northwestern University, and University of Washington.
